How It Works

Once a signal verification has been established we will install a small "plate" style radio and possibly, depending on the application, we may need to install a small "dish" style antenna or "yagi" style antenna to boost the signal strength. These are usually placed up as high on the property as possible, the eaves of a house or an existing pole or tower.

We will then run a "Cat-5" or "Ethernet" cable from the radio to the interior of the house. This is your internet cable that will plug directly into your computer or router. There is no modem or dial up required, once you are hooked up your internet connection is always on and ready when you are.

Once you are online, you can request that an e-mail address be set up here at PogoZone's servers. Your first two email addresses are free, each additional email address will be billed at $2.00 per month. Your email address will be (yourchoice)@pogozone.net. We also give you the ability to check your mail via our Web Interface by clicking on MyZone. From here you will be able to check your email from anywhere you can get online anywhere in the world.
